NDIS Service

Support Coordination

Having an NDIS plan is a great start, but understanding it can feel overwhelming. That's where we come in. Our Support Coordinators are here to help you make sense of your plan, find the right people, and actually use your funding to live the life you want.

We Help You Make Sense of It All

Your NDIS plan can be a lot to take in. There are different funding categories, rules about what you can and can't spend, and a whole lot of providers to choose from. It's a lot, and you shouldn't have to figure it out alone.

A Support Coordinator from Komplete sits down with you, goes through your plan in plain language, and helps you put it into action. Step by step, at your pace, in a way that actually makes sense for your life.

Your Choice, Always

We will never push you towards using Komplete's own services. Our job is to help you find the right fit, whether that's us or someone else entirely. Your plan, your call. We're here to make sure it's an informed one.

What Does a Support Coordinator Actually Do?

Here's what working with one of our coordinators looks like in real life.

Help You Understand Your Plan

We go through your NDIS plan with you - no jargon, no confusing acronyms. We explain what your funding means, what you can use it for, and how your budgets work, so you always know exactly where you stand.

Connect You With the Right People

Finding good providers can take time and energy you might not have. We research, shortlist, and connect you with services and professionals that are the right fit for your goals. We check in along the way to make sure it's actually working.

Build Your Confidence Over Time

Our goal isn't to do everything for you forever. We want to help you feel comfortable and confident managing your own supports. We teach you what you want to learn, at the speed that works for you.

Sort Out Problems When They Come Up

Sometimes things don't go to plan. A provider cancels, funding runs low, or a service just isn't working out. We help you work through it and get things back on track without the stress of figuring it out alone.

Get Ready for Your Plan Review

Plan reviews can feel daunting. We help you gather the right evidence, track what's been working (and what hasn't), and put together a clear picture of what you need going forward so your next plan reflects your real life.

Be There in the Hard Moments

Life doesn't always go smoothly. If things get complicated, like a housing crisis, a health issue, or a family situation, your Support Coordinator doesn't disappear. We stay alongside you and help coordinate the right support when you need it most.

How It Works

Working with a Support Coordinator is simple. Here's what to expect from the moment you get in touch.

1

We Have a Chat

You tell us a bit about yourself, your situation, and what you're hoping to get out of your NDIS plan. No pressure, no forms, just a friendly conversation.

2

We Look at Your Plan Together

We sit down (or connect over the phone) and go through your plan with you. We explain each part in plain language so nothing is a mystery.

3

We Help You Find Services

Together, we figure out what support you need and start connecting you with providers who are a good fit. We check in along the way.

4

We Keep Checking In

Support Coordination isn't a one-off thing. We stay in regular contact, make sure things are going well, and step in if anything needs sorting.

Things People Often Ask

Do I have to have Support Coordination in my plan?
No - Support Coordination is a funded support, which means the NDIS needs to include it in your plan. If it's not there yet, we can help you make the case at your next plan review.
Is Support Coordination the same as a Plan Manager?
Not quite. A Plan Manager handles the financial side - like paying invoices. A Support Coordinator focuses on understanding your plan, setting up your services, and helping things run smoothly day to day. You can have both.
Can I change Support Coordinator if it's not a good fit?
Absolutely. Your choice of coordinator is entirely yours. If things aren't working, you can switch - no hard feelings and no complications.
Does it cost me anything?
No out-of-pocket cost. Support Coordination is funded from the Capacity Building section of your NDIS plan - so there's nothing extra to pay.
What if I don't speak much English?
That's completely fine. We work with participants from many different cultural and language backgrounds and can arrange a bilingual coordinator or interpreter so you always feel understood.
