Komplete Disability Support Services was founded by a caring group of families who came together to support individuals with disabilities to live meaningful lives.
Komplete Disability Support Services is a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) specialist NDIS provider. We have been servicing the ongoing support needs of community members with limited knowledge of the English language who require additional orientation, since our inception in 2021. The organisation was set up to support refugee people living with disabilities who generally require an extra level of psychosocial and trauma-informed support.
We are dedicated to ensuring that everyone has equitable access to the opportunities they deserve and require to live a rich and fulfilled quality of life. We are focused on providing our participants with not only enhanced support, but also improving their quality of life through greater independence.
We recognise people can have the same disability but be affected by their disability in different ways, so we can tailor our support to meet your specific needs. As part of our service delivery we assist community members to develop their knowledge and skills in relation to accessing mainstream and community supports. We aid and educate our participants to enhance their understanding of their disability to maximise their NDIS support plan and be proactive advocates for themselves. We provide a range of personalised supports including community access; transportation; medical needs; domestic assistance; supported holidays; learning and lifestyle programs; social and community participation activities; and other prosocial support.
