Rapid Response

Emergency & Crisis Support

Rapid, clinical intervention to stabilise acute situations and ensure the immediate safety and wellbeing of participants.

Rapid Stabilisation

Our Emergency and Crisis Support service is specifically designed to provide immediate, highly skilled intervention during critical periods of acute behavioural escalation, placement breakdown, or sudden changes in a participant's support environment.

Komplete Disability Support Services deploys specialised crisis response teams, often comprising experienced mental health workers and complex support specialists, to rapidly de-escalate volatile situations, stabilise the care environment, and implement immediate risk mitigation strategies.

Emergency Escalation Protocol

While we provide rapid crisis stabilisation, Komplete Disability Support Services is an NDIS provider, not an emergency medical service. In situations involving immediate, life-threatening danger, severe medical emergencies, or active violence, Triple Zero (000) must always be called prior to engaging our crisis team.

Crisis Intervention

What We Provide

Targeted, immediate interventions designed to restore safety, mitigate risk, and transition participants back to stable, long-term support.

Acute De-escalation

Immediate deployment of specialised staff trained in advanced de-escalation techniques to safely manage acute behavioural spikes and restore calm to the environment.

Placement Stabilisation

Intensive, short-term support aimed at preventing the complete breakdown of existing living arrangements or supported independent living (SIL) placements.

Risk Mitigation Assessment

Rapid assessment of the immediate physical and psychological risks within the environment, followed by the immediate implementation of robust safety protocols.

Transition Support

Once the crisis is stabilised, we actively collaborate with allied health professionals and support coordinators to ensure a safe, structured transition back to standard, ongoing support models.
