Rapid Response

Emergency & Crisis Support

Rapid, clinical intervention to stabilize acute situations and ensure the immediate safety and wellbeing of participants.

Rapid Stabilization

Our Emergency and Crisis Support service is specifically designed to provide immediate, highly skilled intervention during critical periods of acute behavioural escalation, placement breakdown, or sudden changes in a participant's support environment.

Komplete Disability deploys specialized crisis response teams-often comprising experienced mental health workers and complex support specialists-to rapidly de-escalate volatile situations, stabilize the care environment, and implement immediate risk mitigation strategies.

Emergency Escalation Protocol

While we provide rapid crisis stabilization, Komplete Disability is an NDIS provider, not an emergency medical service. In situations involving immediate, life-threatening danger, severe medical emergencies, or active violence, Triple Zero (000) must always be called prior to engaging our crisis team.

Crisis Intervention

What We Provide

Targeted, immediate interventions designed to restore safety, mitigate risk, and transition participants back to stable, long-term support.

Acute De-escalation

Immediate deployment of specialized staff trained in advanced de-escalation techniques to safely manage acute behavioural spikes and restore calm to the environment.

Placement Stabilization

Intensive, short-term support aimed at preventing the complete breakdown of existing living arrangements or supported independent living (SIL) placements.

Risk Mitigation Assessment

Rapid assessment of the immediate physical and psychological risks within the environment, followed by the immediate implementation of robust safety protocols.

Transition Support

Once the crisis is stabilized, we actively collaborate with allied health professionals and support coordinators to ensure a safe, structured transition back to standard, ongoing support models.
