✅ Our friendly Support Coordination staff work with you to contact organisations, community groups and services to research your options and obtain quotes so you can make an informed decision about which services you would like to purchase with your NDIS funding. After which we will coordinate the process of signing service agreements and booking your services.
✅ We are here to make the entire process seamless and stress free for you and your family. This includes helping you navigate the entire plan review process.
✅ Support Coordination also encompasses a capacity-building component. This is where our staff will teach you the skills and help you to develop the confidence to manage your own supports in the future.
